ALL Night Nav ORGANISERS please take note .....
PLEASE
ENSURE that YOU remove Night Nav Symbols in good time after each event - we
are getting complaints about them from residents, particularly along the stetch
close to the Farmer Arms. Also please DO NOT laminate Night Nav Symbols - at
least they can bio-degrade naturally if they are not collected..
The
"Club Year" ends on November 30th each year, all points tables run
until this date.
If there are ANY OMMISSIONS from the points tables or if you spot any errors,
please let me know BEFORE DECEMBER 5th as NO POINTS CLAIMS WILL BE CONSIDERED
AFTER THIS DATE and the Championship standings will then be declared FINAL
There can be NO EXCEPTIONS to this and no late submissions can be accepted from
ANYONE, as all trophies have to be engraved with championship award winners
names each year, in good time for the Awards Dinner
These tables are kept fully updated, normally at LEAST once a week, and are continuously on display on this site throughout the year, so, really, there's NO EXCUSES if you miss out on points for any event(s)

~IMMEDIATELY~ should your notice any discrepancies
